Joni is by far my biggest inspiration; when I listen to her early work, a whole world of beautiful bittersweet feelings opens up. It lifts me up to a higher frequency. Right now I'm working together with a few people on organizing our beautiful annual acoustic festival, the Free Acoustic Music Party in De Elzenhof in Gorinchem on the 12th of December.
Furthermore I get my inspiration from people around me, who in doing their own thing inspire me and many others... you know who you are!!
Life is beautiful and keeps getting better when you make an effort to be hopeful every moment of the day. Lots of times I refuse to make the choice to be positive and wallow in selfpity and anger, but getting older I find that everything around me brightens up when I focus on feeling good/being hopeful. I give up less often and it feels good!! So that's all I wanted to say :)
