CHECK OUT MY TAILGATE-TRAILMATE "U.S.PATENTED" OUTDOOR COOKER INVENTION IN THE SLIDE SHOW ABOVE. CURRENTLY MARKETING TO MANUFACTURERS TO HOPEFULLY ARRANGE A ROYALITY PAYMENT AGREEMENT. DON'T LOOK FOR IT IN STORES FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS. THE PROCESS TAKES A LONG TIME.
I was born in San Diego, but raised in Bastrop, LA. Moved to Baton Rouge in 1978. Married in 1984. We have two daughters, born in 1986 and the other in 1989. Our oldest daughter Jordan, is in her senior year at Loyola University, N.O. under a full academic scholarship and our youngest daughter Paige, started her freshman year at Loyola with an academic scholarship as well. Our family moved to Manitou Springs, CO. (westside of Colorado Springs) in August 1999. We enjoy playing in the outdoors and taking advantage of what this beautiful state has to offer. My husband calls me "Wilderness Wanda". I was employed by a furniture wholesale/manufacturing company for 20 years before founding Accounts Receivable Outsourcing, a nationwide commercial credit & collections company. The company was successful for many years but the hours and days were long, so I closed the business to get my life back and tried my luck in the promotional products business. That business also consisted of of 18 hr.days, 7 days a week. Kinda like going from the frying pan to the fire. I decided to throw the towel in on corporate America and took a library position in a local Colorado Springs downtown high school in 2005. Love my work and all the time off I now have to enjoy the outdoors and to market my patented outdoor cooker. My husband, Clint has been working for ENT Federal Credit Union since moving to Colorado in 1999. First as V.P./Director of Audit and currently as V.P. of Risk Management.
