About me:
Donnie Dacus is a musician/singer/songwriter/actor. His
career was most active from the Sixties to the Eighties.
Dacus toured and recorded with The Yellow Payges, 1910 Fruitgum Company, Boz Scaggs, Flo & Eddie, Kiki Dee, Stephen Stills, Chicago, Badfinger, Billy Joel, Veronique Sanson, Roger McGuinn, Chris Hillman among others....Contrary to popular Chicago fan myth, Mr. Dacus has never been employed by Jiffy Pop, Jiffy Lube, Duncan Hines or Dunkin' Donuts....Donnie's best known acting credit was in the major motion picture HAIR (United Artists 1979) where he played the role of "Woof". The movie was nominated for two Golden Globe awards and recently released on DVD from MGM/UA.
