.. Donnie Evetts has been involved in music his whole life, and throughout several projects has finally come into a scene which he calls home, The Texas Country Scene. Donnie surrounds himself with musicians who share the same passion and desire to play great music, and is getting ready to hit the scene hard. Donnie said he gets his inspiration to play music from just pure love of the art, and his influences include Jamie Richards, Kevin Fowler, Kevin Seale, No Justice and Charlie Robison.

Donnie Evetts is getting ready to put out his debut album, “Chance Of Rain.” The release date will be set some point in June, and is expected late July, 2010, and features some great musicians as well as Texas Music Talent. Songs on the album will include “Chance Of Rain,” “Lookin At Pictures,” “The Truths Too Hard To Say,” "My Cinderella" and many more. “Chance Of Rain” the album, will be available on iTunes, AmazonMp3, CDBaby and almost every other Digital Distrubution site that is up and running right now. It will be available in over 2500 stores nationwide and available for order virtually anywhere. This debut album is going for the Texas Charts and will hopefully also be in your cd player!!!
