Hi this is DON'T MOVE!. We are Mason Le Long, Joe Carvell, Matt Rheeston and Cederick Confuegos, two of us live in Birmingham and two of us live in Coventry.
DON'T MOVE! is a pop band.
We are signed to Tin Angel Records.
"The New Pop Sound of DON'T MOVE! will be their first release on Tin Angel Records. Recorded and mixed between Midlands venue/studio Taylor Johns House and the sunny climes of Charlottsville, Virginia by esteemed labelmate Paul Curreri, The New Pop Sound positively buzzes from open to close."
We are playing at The Nursery Tavern, Coventry on 25th June with Wes Finch & The Dirty Band and Scattered Sons (featuring members of The Treehorns and Shackletons)
I'm happy to announce that my new album "Songs From The Films Of David Lynch" is out now.
"Truly unsettling and perplexingly brilliant... testament to both the quality of Lynch’s soundtracks and Truax’s talents" - The Skinny
"Truax is paying homage to a kindred spirit with this album. It's the best kind of tribute – affectionate and respectful, but with its own quirks and imaginative leaps and its own distinct identity." -The Scotsman
I was indeed, it was the best 8 quid I've spent in ages, great gig, you guys got the night off to an excellent start. Altough I thought Peter Broderick was the only support so when you guys started up I thought, 'My God Peter is really going in a new direction.'
I take it you've tried calling the Black Box? 028 90244400
I WAS in the Crawdaddy, first row- have seen Jeff a bunch of times, but had never heard you guys, but was really impressed! Hope you'll make it back to Dublin soon!
Today is the first day i've heard 'can't tell' the album version. AMAZING, new pop sound, too right... better than any pop sound i've heard yet new pop sound.
Hi follows. It was a real pleasure getting to know you and share the stage with you while I was in the UK. I hope you had as much fun as me. See you next time. Yours Truly, Curtis ----
Heyla boys! I thought about you the other day and what you might be up to. The new tunes are killer songwriting- I'm buying this (how do i go about doing that in Seattle?) Oh, and if you ever come back through on tour, my band (yes, i magically gained a band in the last 2 months) The Sunnyside, is picking up momentum and we'd be so down to share a bill with you! Love, Pandi
