TGI Friday's Plans To Stay Open The Rest Of The Week
DALLAS, TX -- In a bold marketing move, TGI Friday's announced plans to abandon their conventional one-day-a-week operating schedule, and adopt a more aggressive seven-day format, according to a spokesman for Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, Friday's parent company.
"We plan to roll this out slowly," said Bob Tundy, "to make sure we do this thing right, and don't miss any days."
Tundy says the company learned a lot from the economically disastrous Friday's spin off restaurant, TGI Leap Year's.
