have got to be good i love

i dont really have heroes
but i do have admiration
for anybody that shows courage
and stands up for what they
believe in anybody that goes
their own way regardless of
what everyone else is doing and
has courage to speak or express
their truth

MY ARTWORK IS INFLUENCED BY MY LIFE, BY THE PEOPLE I MEET AND BY MY OWN SPIRITUAL GROWTH. I SEE LIFE AS ONE BIG CLASSROOM, THEREFORE I AM CONSTANTLY LEARNING AND PROCESSING INFORMATION WITH WHAT FEELS RIGHT WITH ME AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND WHAT I CAN LEAVE BY THE WAYSIDE, EACH SITUATION GIVES ME SOMETHING TO FEED ON AS AN ARTIST, IT'S MY NUTRITION FOR MY WORK, AND IN A WAY MY ART IS LIKE MY VISUAL JOURNAL. LOVE IS A BIG INFLUENCE FOR ME IN MY WORK BECAUSE I FEEL LOVE IS AN ESSENTIAL INGREDIENT TO HEALTH AND WELL BEING IN LIFE, AND PLAYS A VERY IMPORTANT ROLE IN HOW WE RELATE WITH OTHERS. AS I GROW DEEPER MY ART GROWS WITH ME AND IT WILL KEEP GROWING BECAUSE NOBODY CAN EVER BE TOO DEEP ITS JUST AWARENESS OF LESSONS LEARNED.
I LOVE TO EXPRESS THE RAWNESS OF LIFE THROUGH MY WRITING IN MY WORK. I USE MANY WORDS IN MY ART BECAUSE I LOVE TO WRITE AND USING WORDS IS JUST ANOTHER WAY I HAVE TO EXPRESS MYSELF, IT'S MY SILENT VOICE AND MY VISUAL THOUGHTS AND I FEEL THAT BY MIXING MY MESSAGES WITH MY VISUAL ART, I CAN ACHIEVE ARTWORK THAT CREATES A FEELING THROUGH ITS OWN WHOLENESS.
