Doomed Planet Records is an underground mailorder label and distribution, specializing and dedicated to making vinyl only releases, in editions of 500 copies by cult 80's style traditional metal (or whatever genre name you need to classify real metal). Occasionally you will find that we've released current bands, however; only when the music and the band is true to the spirit of the old way, and have real passion, for real metal in its myriad forms. We do not make money or try to please everyone. Doomed Planet Records is a hobby, not a business. Our goal is to distribute music and a product that please us, metal is our way. Every cent goes into paying for releases in the hopes to break even and to release another. Customers can be confident that the metal is good, our customers will know it by our taste and integrity.
