Doomou Africa is an ensemble of musicians from diverse backgrounds. Kissima Diabate and Pape N'Diaye are master artists from Senegal. They brings lots of energetic rhythm and African music in to the mix. Other musicians come from Jazz, Latin, Reggae and Rock backgrounds so there is wonderful fusion of sounds and styles heard in our music. Some songs sound like Afro-Beat, some Reggae and Soca, some M'balax. No one genre really classifies our music.
