DOOM SCHOOL is a Portland house currently occupied by Uxepi Ipexu, Molly Pettit, and Rio Jean. Past (eternal) residents are Lizo Wallace, Gabe Schroder, Megan Pettit, Scott Schroder, Myrk, and Ogo Eion. What we are is not reducible to our projects. We are in a state of constant flux.

Many months of toil have finally borne fruit, and we have called up a tempest to shake that fruit from its branches.
Written and visual material from various parties, of seemingly disparate themes, with radical variations in execution combined into a single ceaseless deluge. The relationship between modern rock 'n' roll and archaic ritual modes, the decision to become a suicide bomber as an act of lurid romantic love, a verse dialogue about a butoh ritual, and a great deal more.
"We assume that the word, in some sense, possesses a shape, hidden or overt, or a sequence of numbers, or a scent, or a feel when caressed by one's tongue, that is identical with that of its referent. So if we were to say, for instance, that the fish rages against the dam we would expect the sequence of words to somehow contain an ulterior shape of precisely what it describes ... If we were to state a third essential posit from this document, thus far, it would be that love is the essential context in which to perceive these hidden dimensions of language."

This is the video trailer for our dark fairy tale noise musical, Bogville. This production could very conceivably have been titled Bogville - A Doom School Musical if it were not such a terrible name. This production was orchestrated by Tiare Tashnick and features, from our house, Uxepi, Molly, Megan, Ogo and Scott, as well as practically everyone who is simply here all the time. And even a few remarkable people who are not, such as Power Circus and Soriah.
