Door 44 has a distinct atmosphere that separates it from any other nightclub or lounge in Atlanta. Superstar designer, Patti Krohngold, created the interior finishes, with the concept developed by an all star team, influenced by personally visiting some of the world’s best hotspots over the last five years. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by warm reds, deep blacks and white accents with attention paid to EVERY detail. Every wall has a custom treatment, including flocked baroque wallpapers or embellished rubber walls finished with black stained hard wood floors. The comfortable leather booth seating is complimented by custom made ornate color matched tables, with black marble tops. These tables will accommodate our bottle service set up, which will be different than any club or lounge in Atlanta. Custom carafes and unique offerings combined with world class service will make our guests feel like they are celebrities. The extensive lighting package includes ambient lighting, color kinetics and intelligent lighting, with a color pallet to change the mood from sexy and sultry to a high energy rockstar vibe. The music format will vary based on the day of the week and time of the night. There are 2 different Djs spinning on 2 different levels. The upstairs will be everything from top 40, hip hop, rock, dance, mashups, ehop and live performances, with the downstairs spinning more of an international vibe including high energy electro and house – appealing to a connoisseur of electronic music, popular in nightclubs around the world and major US markets. Our goal is to also bring in DJs from other markets to expose Atlanta’s scenesters to DJs popular in Chicago, Miami, Las Vegas, New York and Los Angeles. The overall vibe will be created by a combination of our interior design, our rockstar looking staff capable of the highest level of professional hospitality and our hand picked clientele – creating a high energy atmosphere, that is one part music video and one part fashion show. This isn’t your typical Atlanta club- its an Ultralounge with an EDGE! Door 44, a project born from traveling all over the planet, evaluating the top nightlife cities and concepts, and bringing all the best aspects into one club. Its partners have operational experience in all the major club cities in the USA, including-but not limited to: Las Vegas, Miami, New York, Nashville, and right here in Atlanta...and they are all dedicated to creating a club that is far above what exists in Atlanta today.
