ohh daing wish you the best... ima see if working out n stuff wrks for me..i hope its the only thing it would make labor easier n try not to get the epidural...
yeah thats the one my mom got but she said it dnt knock you out...you still feel the contractions but not as bad ima get that see if it helps but i really dnt want the epidural its gonna be worst on me... so ima try to wrk out..walk alot n stuff my mom said that helps alot n it makes it easier in labor
you mean when you giving birth?? yeah the epidural the one they put on your back... but they say thats bad cuz you end up with worst back problems n some other stuff to calm down your contractions...i mean you will still fill them but not as bad why you thinking of getting it??
