Dore Coller and Ned Doherty, Eddie Sassin, David Phillips, Paul Cicco, Pat Campbell, Steve Farzan, Dave Hanks, Remy Hennesee, Gary Kaye, Kit Eakle, Dave Fischer, and Willow Van Den Hoek, at any given time- when you start a new genre the personnel shifts around in a tectonic sort of way.
Dore is a guitarist, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter who can't make up his mind. After a lifetime of writing and singing songs, playing guitar, mandolin, bass, keyboard, dobro and anything else he can get his hands on, he just can't decide which genre to stay in. He's played with members of such bands and artists as Big Brother, Lacy J Dalton, The David Grisman Quintet, Dan Hicks, David La Flamme, Snooky Flowers, The Hot Club of San Francisco, Maria Muldaur, Montreaux, Petty Booka, Van Morrison, Pablo Cruise, Quicksilver Gold, The Rowan Brothers, and The Youngbloods. Over the years Dore and his groups have opened for such acts as Elvin Bishop, Los Lonely Boys, Dana Carvey, Jesse Colin Young, Foxy Collwood, R Crumb and His Cheap Suit Serenaders, Mikey Dread, Dr Hook, David Nelson, and even made an appearance on the Gary Radnich Show on KRON TV.
To be a little less torn Dore's recently come up with a new genre, Bermuda Grass. Bermuda Grass combines Caribbean rhythms with Bluegrass instrumentation. It's also an excuse to throw any other style that fits into the moment. In addition to Bermuda Grass, Dore is currently a member of Caribbean R&b, Savannah Blu,the Hot Club of Marin, Ragged Glory, the Dogtown Ramblers and the Immortals. It's a big wide world with lots of music to play. Stay tuned for upcoming shows. Peace!Layout made by poohshawna

"The Sweet Hollywaiians have probably the best feel for this 20's music of any string band working today. They manage the rare feat of sounding relaxed even when their playing is hot, are top notch musicians with tasteful arrangements and a full, rich, warm sound.Plus, they have a nice gamut of tunes, from King Nawahi to Giovanni Vicari to Bobby Leecan. See them live, if you can, for an unforgettable experience. If you can't, buy their Cds!" ~ Terry Zwigoff
