• Doren was 10 years old when she began singing initially trained in opera.
• At 13, she expanded genres to Rock and Roll and began writing songs and playing gigs in bars and clubs.
• When she was 17, Doren moved to Philadelphia where she co-wrote and recorded her first album "Twisted Garden" with producer Stephen McKnight.
• Soon she began playing in clubs all over Philadelphia, and has several thousand fans both in the U.S. and throughout the world.
• Doren, now 21, is working with two time Grammy nominated David Ruttenberg (BMI) and has co-written, recorded and collaborated on the production of the first few tunes on her website.
FUN FACTS:
• Doren has adopted a Russian Blue cat named Jagger (after Mick).
• Loves Asian inspired art (and pretty much any art museum).
• Works on leather crafts and makes Native American bracelets on
a loom.
• Is a HUGE movie buff.
• Hates cottage cheese : )
