Dorian Cheah's journey in music began with violin lessons at the very early age of 2 1/2 and continued with his studies at The Juilliard School. Dorian's virtuosity on the electric violin is a unique combination of his classical training with a soulfulness that has attracted some of the great contemporary musicians to collaborate on this debut release. Legendary bassist and producer Bill Laswell has created a star roster to fill out the tracks: Zakir Hussain, Karsh Kale, Hamid Drake, Bernie Worrell, and others.
Dorian is also a composer/songwriter/producer whose songs have been featured on hundreds of television shows and films on virtually every major network. He has also scored several feature films and documentaries.
Loved the music soundtrack to "To The Limit"...what a unique sound! Have a great end of the year, and I hope for your continued success! Take care, The Myth!
Dorian...Please watch a few minutes of this video at least. If it resonates with you then watch it all the way through. It touches subjects of the upmost importance.

Hey you! Came by to read your blog and just had to leave you a comment.
How are you? I don't have same email anymore, but have yours so will drop you a line soon. Let's chat. Want to catch up with you and see how all is going in your world.
Hey dude, I was just commenting back to Ally and wishing the best for you and Dylan, when suddenly this popped into my head. As someone who grew up beaten down by "I wish I was an Oscar Mayer weiner', I couldn't help but wonder if you suffered a similar fate (although maybe the pronounciation is different enough).
