The Shrieking Violets	Jun 16 2009 5:26 PM Yay! I'm so obsessed with the idea of making up a banjo part for my new song! In fact, I have one in my head constantly - in my head, it's going to be a bit like Toxic Girl by Kings of Convenience, which I have also been walking around singing a lot! I'm so happy to have broken the cycle of songs about doomed love affairs! I could come to Withington on Saturday or Sunday daytime? By the way, that Cubase CD doesn't work - my computer just doesn't recognise it at all! Pangea was WEIRD. It would have been improved by you playing, but the sound was terrible! Rogue was really cool, except one of the artists was giving out something called a Turbo Vimto - some kind of homemade spirits - which incapacitated me a little! I was supposed to be going to Underachievers on Saturday, and to the Weezer party - it seems like everyone I know went! - but in the end I just got overwhelmed by choice that I didn't do anything at all and stayed in my house!
