Bio:

Singer/Songwriter Jesse Michael or, J. Mike, got his foot in the door in early 2005 when he signed with Miami based label Upsidedown Entertainment/Drop Dead Beats. UDE/DDB is credited for working with artists of the likes of, Fat Joe, Terror Squad, P Diddy, Pitbull, G-Unit, Timbaland, and many more. Throughout his 4 years under Upsidedown Entertainment, Jesse Michael worked as a songwriter and artist as one half of the duo Dorks Morons & Geeks or, DMG. DMG released their debut album "Revenge of the Nerds" late 2009 and parted ways soon after.

Three Singles from Revenge of the Nerds received radio play on Miami's 1 Radio Station for Hip-Hop & R&B, 99 Jamz. of the songs played, the most popular was "Overflow" featuring Pitbull. DMG's debut album also featured the track "Drunk like Me" which was written and co. produced by Super Producer Jim Jonsin, The man behind chart topping sensations such as Lollipop-Lil Wayne, Whatever you like-T.I., and Sweetdreams-Beyonce, just to name a few.

In early 2008 Jesse Michael wrote a song with Gabriel Palaez called "Triumph" over a track produced by Drop Dead Beats. The song was picked up by Pitbull & Avery Storm for his latest album "Rebelution". "Triumph" was quickly licensed by ESPN, NBC's "The Office" and Nike.

Last year Jesse Michael was given the opportunity to work with Lupe Fiasco and Miami artist P.M. on a track called "Hold Me Down." Both Jesse Michael and Gabriel Palaez wrote and sing the hook for the record. The track has not been released yet.

In January 2010, soon after his contract expired, Jesse Michael parted ways with both his group and record label. Since the split, Jesse Michael has written the song "Pouring Up" for the group Kulture Shock under Poe Boy Music, the Record Label home to Platinum selling Hip-Hop artist Flo-Rida. the song "Pouring Up" is soon to be released on Kulture Shocks debut album.

Jesse Michael is currently working on his solo debut and releasing a mixtape titled "Unsigned Hype" Due later this year. .. ..
