It will be used as a mechanism for addressing some of the present and future Global Challenges through the timely introduction of '...Precisioned Initiatives...' that the Community can execute. Because of the precisioned attributes of the '...Envisioned Initiatives...', they would invariably be less costly and more effective than prevailing "programs".
