We started out together in "the little studio that could" in Alvarado, TX back in August 05. Paul, Brett and Dibble have been playing together since birth and have been in many different musical incarnations including Birch County, Cervus, Silo, Mant, and most recently Engine of the Ocean. Ricky Sixx joins us on bass and completes the core (more on the mysterious thumper as information becomes available). James was in Atticus Finch and for the last few years has been "doing something close to nothing".
Anygay, James had the good fortune of hooking up with Brett which led to the other fellows...which led to Wilco and Mike Watt...and the Ju-see-hook...four wheeling... shotguns...and fires out in the lodge. We love beer, deconstructing songs, and are NOT in possession of rock star attitudes. Also, the boys have put together the beginnings of what will soon be the famous, or rather notorious studio, Halo Lodge Recordings. http://www.myspace.com/halolodgerecordings We are hard at work writing and hope to have an EP out in Fall of 06.
