Erykah Badu, De La Soul when I am walking around the neighborhood .. it's the perfect backdrop for Brooklyn Habitat. Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye..love shaking a tail feather to James Brown. One of my favorite music moments was seeing Bjork at Keyspan park ConeyIsland, but even better was not having tickets the second night she played, and I sat out on the beach listening to her voice echo over the ocean.
