"The Red Dress," and all it's inhabitants, started out as an attempt at a fashion calendar, but became far more than that, in memories, meetings, experiences and time it self. It's easily an accessory story, beauty story or merely viewed as a salute to beautiful African and Latino women! One dress; photographed backwards and forward, in different locations, presenting countless images, some still unreleased. Photography began in 1990 and went from New Jersey, Harlem, 5th avenue and as far away as Paris, France. The project turned out to be a labor of love, filled with frameable images...D.S
