So go the words of the romantic classic, “ I only have eyes for you.” We have closed our eyes a thousand times while listening to the world’s most romantic song and been transported.

One of those men is the Flamingos’ stalwart and famed showman, Mr. Doug McClure. Entertainer to millions over a span of decades, Doug McClure is one of the purest talents ever to sing a love song. Born into R&B royalty, Doug’s’ famed father, Sam McClure, was an original Ink Spot. Following in the family tradition of a balladeer and love crooner, Doug led the 5 Satins, The Pyramids, The Lime Lights and finally, The Flamingos with his beautiful voice. Known for their Motown Doo Wop sound, the Chicago originals will forever be noted for the most romantic and most widely used songs in history. Doug McClure, a strong presence from that past has shared moments on stages throughout America to sold out crowds regularly.
Many of his contemporaries have faded away, but McClure brings the vibrancy of memories of a bygone era at times as if in a bottle. His classic style delivers everlasting romance into a room with an amazing crispness, allure and enchantment.
Still performing to sold out venues and still reminding audiences world-wide that he’s still got it, he’s the
