I'm a competitive adventure racer. During my training season spring & summer I have a packed schedule with hours of training each week and 4-8 races a year. This year my big race is a 24 hour race in central Oregon.
I compete with my partner. Other racers sometimes assume we are brothers, not lovers; I don't mind people assuming I'm straight. I'd hate to be pigeonholed in a competition.
I work as an engineering lead and I'm fully out at work, but that's not a big deal at Microsoft, where there are all kinds of different people.
I also enjoy wakeboarding, snowboarding, skydiving, acrobatics and extreme sports in general.
I love to travel & love to meet new people and try new things.
