It's also a name for the group of musicians and co-writers that I've assembled. I've been very fortunate to co-write songs with a number of talented writers. These include Melanie Bomar, Rob Goodchild, Robert Thomas Kuhlmann, C.J, Robert Curtis, Lois Blaisch and Andrew Gold. I've also worked with some amazing vocalist, including Gina Cano, Jennifer Perryman, Melanie Bomar, Kat Parsons, Jennifer Nash, Annagrey, Andrew Gold, and Julie Delgados. Last but not least, I have to mention some awesome musicians and arrangers...Mike Geier, Joe Milton, W.V. Malpede, Rob Goodchild, Brant Cole, Lisa Dondlinger, Rene Reyes, and Andrew Gold. The band name I came up with is "NoVanGogh". Why that name you ask? Well on the one hand it's kinda tongue-in-cheek. Let's just say we have an ear for music :-) And I like the way it sounds. "NoVanGogh" is a conceptional band whose lineup varies from performance to performance, yet there's always a common thread to the music and performances. More or less the same concept as the Plastic Ono Band. Those of you familiar with John Lennon's work will know what I'm referring to. Let me it clear...LOL...I'm not comparing us with John Lennon or the Plastic Ono Band, but the concept is the same.
