I believe that communication skills (on and off stage) are incredibly important. Communication, humility, and understanding are vital components of the total musicain package. Whether I am doing session work with musicians I just met, short term touring, or hanging with a long term band, I want to have a positive, meaningful connection with the other people involved in the artistic process. Music is one way I express myself, but it also provides me opportunities to meet people and live a life that is unique and full of interesting adventures. I love my life, my wife, my family, my friends, and my students. I am incredibly blessed.
