.. If you’ve decided to come to me - then maybe I should open up a bit. You see, doing so would allow many things to happen – like Sunday brunches in bed, a quick game of softball with friends, maybe a walk to the conservatory when the lilacs are in bloom. You would say that I was cute, but I would just laugh at you and call you silly, tell you to open my eyes. Maybe I would flirt a bit around the fact that I like the way you cock your head to the side. You would laugh at me for my strange ways of just wanting to play video games, while I would giggle because you accidently put a cup of salt into the cookies instead of sugar. Just maybe we could…could just hold hands during that baseball game. Right now, it’s still cold though. Dreary, wet, and you’re not there. Maybe you will be, maybe you won’t. I still don’t know. But I would like to believe that maybe, during this time of Rebirth, that all things are possible. That blooming thoughts, emotions, body and soul are alive and well. Then maybe, you’ll find me and I’ll find you. Just maybe.
