   About Dirt Farmer
Dirt Farmer is the songwriting duo of Scott Cryer (vocals, guitar) and Rob MacDonald (guitar, keys). They recently teamed up with their friend, Producer... Slabba Blenda to gather local musicians and create an album that has a live, edgy feel. They recorded it over 3 days during a blizzard in an old Toronto warehouse. The songs they recorded chronicle the lives of underdogs and misfits with witty lyrics and alternative rock (frequently experimental) sounds. Dirt Farmer has been presenting their songs as a duo lately with their beloved drum machines, Miss Missy & Frank. Scott and Rob have also gathered considerable critical acclaim in the indie world from their work with Dirt Farmer as well as from their pop alter ego, Two Thirds Water. Scott and Rob’s music has been featured on CBC radio and television and garnered spots on several independent film soundtracks.

Sorry it's taken me so long to comment on your new song. It's so hot and sweaty here in UK that listening to "All that noise" feels like I've just been in the mosh pit. I need a break. Great uptempo spirited song ans spooky electronics!

Hope all is well, have a good gig!

Beautiful happy/sad bitter/sweet song - my favourite sentiments. Such a lovely, natural and balanced arrangement, I feel like I'm in the same room. Love the slide, and your vocals are sincere and gentle and of melancholic. Really great - listening over and over.

Hi DF & friends...

just wanted to let you know about my show tonight at The Local, 396 Roncesvalles - 10 pm, no cover. It's just me & a string section & it's sounding pretty sweet if I do say so myself! This is week 2 of my April residency...next week I'll have a pedal steel player with me.

Can't believe I nearly missed a new song. I love GTSYG. Especially the bubbly, celebratory arrangement juxtaposed with the world weary laconic vocals.
