downtown focuses on emerging artistic culture within australia & south australia. we enjoy experimental, ephemeral & contemporary practices. we have a calendar that changes monthly (openings on the 1st wednesday of every month), consisting of curated & solo exhibitions. mark tricked us into having bands play for his birthday, but we enjoyed it so we've been trying to do it as regularly as we can.
