Sounds Like
If we told you and you believed us, wouldn't that cheapen it somehow?
Formerly the rhythm section for the band Vanishers, Mark and Justin saw themselves as a sort of rhythm section for hire that - in its free time - would write their own music with a vague, yet enticing, blueprint in mind: Headhunters meets Tubeway Army. Is this obvious when listening to our songs? Not even slightly. So the blueprint was more or less adopted... then ignored. That, and no one needed a rhythm section with whatever qualities we have. Either way, this is where Do You Need the Service? started.
We want to make people excited about their lives. We lean towards instrumental methods of creating pleasure for you and often times ourselves.
We've also have become a band with real-life musicians, including - at various times - Eric Bandel of 9Yum9, and more steadily and stoicly Ken Brune of The Pros from Dover, Black Landlord, Shellito and formerly The Sugar Skulls and The After Dinner Mints, John Schlicter of Nat King Tron, as well as Michael Tramontana (also from The Sugar Skulls, Black Landlord and The After Dinner Mints.) We are excited about the songs we are writing and currently we are recording them in our Camp Chrystal Lake studio. We strive to deliver shows that are legendary at least to members of the band.

LOL humor SNL style, the video for the New Liberty song "Shake Shake" has a political twist with the 4 candidates for President and VP going into a strip club and the symbolic plot unfolds from there. Check it out:
