The Concept of Dr. Sprinkles: The Alien Flea Comic-

Enter two-centimeter extraterrestrial of charismatic flea-greenness; Dr. Sprinkles. As a mad scientist on the run from the Zipadot Space Police; he’s set his sites on taking over the Earth with Chocolate Chip Cookies in a town full of troubled children! His impossible schemes towards this one dream may keep falling thru but his determination will inspire more than world domination in the children around him. But who knows, maybe his dreams will come true?
