    Draconis Infernum was formed by guitarist Xepher in late 2005 and currently comprises of Xepher, Niloc and Seberuz Hammerfrost. In December 2007, the band released their debut album, Death in My Veins which was self released in April 2008 and limited to 500 copies. This release was available through bigger distros and labels such as Nuclear Blast, Twilight Vertrieb, Season of Mist, Hammer of Hate/No Sign of Life, just to name a few. Throughout 2008, the band started doing live shows locally and had the honour of sharing the stage with Japanese Death Metal titans DEFILED and HYDROPHOBIA on their Asian tour. In August 2009, the band played at Barther Metal Open Air Festival 2009 in Germany, emerging as the third Black Metal band from Southeast Asia ever to set foot on the European shores. The band has had the honour of sharing the stage with notable acts such as NEFARIUM, SVARTTJERN, ISTAPP, KOLDBRANN, URGEHAL, DAKRNENED NOCTURN SLAUGHTERCULT, DORNENREICH, GRABAK, BLACK MESSIAH, TROLLECH, OBSCURITY, MOLOCH, BLISS OF FLESH, XIV DARK CENTURIES, NIDHOGG and many more. In December 2010, the band supported Swedish Black Metallers Marduk on it's Asian Black Death Redemption Tour. In January 2011, Draconis Infernum supported Impiety on the first date of the Asian Worshippers Tour back at home in Singapore. On the 6th June 2011, the second full length album entitled Rites of Desecration & Demise was released via Hass Weg Productions (France).
