Who I'd like to meet: Independent musicians are encouraged to contact us with their CD releases, as we like to maintain an easy balance between the familiar and the cutting edge.
Another excellent adventure all 'round: a homeless guy discussed Ayn Rand and literature with me while I'm taking pcitures of a church, I got flirted with at the bar by some completely unknown cool person, random snaphots of folks all through the night doing everything from booty dancing to mock breast fondling, and breakfast at this great greasy spoon joint at some un-godly hour of the AM where I vaguely remember trying to croon show tunes...
...oh, and the music at the club rocked too ;)
I LIVE for random/surreal nights like this. We MUST do this again (After I finish reading the Ayn Rand book the homeless guy gave me for a can of Beefaroni)
-Trying to fit in with the Beach theme does not mean I have to commit suicide by Corona...
~Ye Godz, not only did someone play Janet Jackson last night, I vaguely remember dragging someone out on the dancefloor and making them dance with me during it.
A strange and interesting night overall, what I'm starting to piece back together at least, and an excellent show by Voltaire (I think it was that drinking game for every time he said "Die" that got the hilarity started)
