My Poetry and Fanfiction
I am a 28 year old woman trying to find where I belong in this world. I have many curiosities, many obsessions.
When it comes to sexuality, I like to think I'm slightly curved. I have not had a serious relationship in my life as of yet, but at this point I don't think it is an important missing piece.
I also have a disorder called Trichotillomania and have had it since I was 12. If you want more information, please go to www.trich.org.
I am a fan of the romanticism of Rachmaninov, Jane Austen and Khalil Gibran, while also being a fan of things like Japanese Anime, Korean TV dramas, Japanese/Chinese/Korean popular music and action sci-fi movies. Basically, I'm all across the board as far as interests are concerned.
I love language. I wish I was just a little bit more passionate about it and more obsessed with studying it. I would like to complete my studies on Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, French, Spanish, Italian, etc, but am currently taking a break to decide what I truly would like to do.
I was raised in a comfortable household mostly by my mom and step-dad. I ultimately feel that I was raised to be open minded and overall a good person and it's not their fault I turned into such a wishy-washy type of person who can't find something to throw herself into or commit herself to.
I love books. I love having books. I have way too many books that I haven't read yet. Those tastes run from sci-fi space operas like Honor Harrington, to subjects like Japanese Feminism.
The one thing I truly want in life is to find that one person who will be mine and only mine. In a reversal of my previously stated happy single life, I would like to be apart of something more than myself.
I used to sing very well, but my voice is 6 years in the rustiness of non-practice. Maybe one day I'll take voice lessons again.
I have way too many obsessions and I wish, sincerely, that I could go without sleep even as I enjoy sleeping.
I often wonder how old I truly am, regardless of how many years I've actually lived. But the question of age, I think, is one that perhaps should take in account experience and understanding.
I also wonder if all I am is just a bunch of words and emotions. Perhaps I am the dreamer, perhaps I am the one dreamed of.

Our next released track goes back to the soft, slow melancholy so if this one isn't your thing, just hang out for the next one :D
