About me:
DEATH ROCK DIVE BAR started on Friday The 13th in June of 2008. Since then, we have had over 50 bands, a circus, an art exhibit and a dance troupe. It usually happens the 2ND FRIDAY OF EACH MONTH, but every once and while other shows are able to be booked during other days of the week, providing there is an opening at the Stork Club. As for what kind of bands have been playing, there's a vast variety in that field as well. We have your standard Death Rock, Industrial, Post-Punk, Goth, but then there has also been "Deathabilly", Experimental Noise, Dark Country and, yes, laptop musicians with microphones! In short, DRDB is open to many forms of music. Depending on the type of bands/musicians that are performing, usually influences what the DJs (Your's Etc Death Boy, Mina or any other guests) will spin.
