Welcome to Dre’s World
I like to thank you for coming by my page.
Let me tell you a little bit about the man in the picture. Dre was born in Atlanta Georgia on June 29 And named Andre Fambro. I can remember my first interest for music from about the age of 3 when I would listen to the sounds of Jazz and Blues that my parents played on the record player. Those sounds remain in my memories till this day and as a result influence everything I record and produce. I started performing at the age of 14 in local night spots around the Atlanta Area playing lead guitar then began recording studio session at 16 for many local artist and national record companies. I have produced many artists such as Pee Wee (Ralph Middlebrooks) of the Ohio Players on the Album Dayton Bound, Synthia Foster on the album Live It Love It, Vickie McKisic, Les Caffie, Gee, LaShay, A-Liric and many more. I co-wrote the Bronner jingle African Royal Product line with Vickie McKisic, Thomas Berry, K-Fam Music and many local club jingles for radio ads like Moble In The Morning. My career had had many stops and goes as so as many other musicians and artists have had over the years but I am full force now and I’m loving every minute of it. I am current working on my debut album The 6 of 9 which will out in July of 2009 on Cd Baby and I-Tunes which will consist of Neo-Soul, Jazz, Spoken Word, And just plan old Dre grooves. I am currently performing with the band called The Lomax Band out of Cincinnati Ohio, and Led By Faith Praise Group. Music is my life and my life is music. All praises to GOD all mighty………..
Quote: If we could speak in the words of music, we would simply say, a world with out music is a world of silence
