I am a 60 year old female Tattoo Artist who loves the art of Tattoo.
I live in the Beautiful Pacific Northwest and have a really really interesting Tattoo Business. "DREAMER'S CHANT TATTOO"
I approach the industry with a different flair. I come from a more intuitive side and love to design individual tattoo's for each client.If they don't have a clue on what they want I will tell them to think about it and not be so impatient and fall into the trap of "Getting It Now".
If they have an idea, I like to sit down with that person and get to know them and find out where they are coming from. That way I can design the tattoo that will be special and one of a kind that they will enjoy and be proud of the rest of their life. I will do flash, but don't like it.
My shop is small (one person) and I usually work by appointment only. The atmosphere is peaceful with no flash on the walls, calming colors with Celtic or spirit music playing in the background. This I believe relaxes the soul and makes for a totally energizing and eventful tattoo experience. Especially for the first timers.

I've been working my tail off for going to be 13yrs. real soon. I'm still not where I wanna be. I traveled alot trying to learn more. I think I'm going to start submitting some things to magazines and jump in a few conventions and do some guest spots. The thing is... never stop learning.
I very much agree support is always needed. Btw, sounds nice out there. Right now I'm in Sandusky, OH. right on Lake Erie.Where it snows all winter and freezes and the summers can be brutal. I'm in a major tourist town so summers really really busy. I also have Ohio Bike Week starting on the 5th. That litterally takes place in the front of the shop I'm at. So forgive me if I looked over it, but how long have you been tattooing?
