TALES FROM LUCI'S JOURNAL- Luci summons Syd by sundream!
I was standing outside one winter night, staring at the snow particles before me. They were very fine and manouvered ever so slightly around each other in the light breeze. Falling, climbing and swooping, I was amazed as I fixated on the patterns they made. No two particles moved the same through the air but their randomness seemed planned somehow. Inspired, I directed my pondering to humans and where there are signs of this same visual uniqueness. Instantly I thought of our fingerprints. No two are alike and they seem to flow with the same swirling patterns I was looking at. I thought 'what kind of energy must occur for our fingerprints to form such designs?' "Don't trade your wings in for a reason to fly"… that's what I always say… don't question it… I don't know what it means… just write it down, put it in a coffee filter and let boiling water run through it… and when the concoction of confusion and whispered wisdom is ready… drink it…. Alright! We've got a brand new mixed version of St. Clare posted (still only a clip of the full song), we have also posted a sample of another new song entitled Hungry Ghosts (please keep in mind these are all rough drafts and still in the planning phase), and today I finally figured out how to post videos so weve 3 LuciDream vids posted now, The first one is footage taken from our Choose the Madness CD release party, and the 2nd and 3rd one document a behind the scenes look at the making of LuciDream's debut album Choose the Madness, enjoy!!

New Song Posted!
Well friends, to give you all an idea of what weve been up to in the last few months weve done something that we have never done before... we have posted a short clip of a song still in rough-draft stage. The song is St. Clare and although the vocals are totally rough, the piano and drums are changing as we speak and the bass and electric guitars have not even been added yet... it is still something beautiful and intimate... please leave a comment and let us know what you think.

LuciDream's new MySpace site is up and running! We apologize to all those whom sent messages to LuciDream in the past and did not end up hearing from us, please rest assured that it was due to technical difficulties with our last MySpace site... also, due to the same problems with our last site we are starting from scratch here with our Friends, so please make sure to add us! LuciDream has been taking a break from shows and has been hibernating in the workshop creating new songs to be unveiled late in January but we will be posting some sneak previews of the new material on this site so check back soon!
