    Art in it's many forms, perfomance arts, circus skills and training, street theatre and busking, music, dance, and magic, psytrance parties, world peace, anything that makes me smile, laugh or think, yoga to stop me thinking too much, creative people and all my beautiful friends... ..

  • Music

    I love chilled out music like "Bliss", or sound scapes like "Oka", but I love psytrance for dancing and losing myself to like "Infected Mushrooms". I enjoy trying to learn the classics on guitar myself Bob Dylon and Joni Mitchel for my own amusment and around the fire singalongs, but in the car great to rock to Chilli Peppers, or some new sound I don't even know yet!!!..

    Moulin Rouge, Love Actually, Priates of The Carabean, The City of Lost Children, August Rush.

  • Television

    Never watch TV as don't have one but loving the series Heroes on DVD at the mo!!

  • Books

    The childrens series of Terry Prachet books, especially The Amazing Morris and his Educated Rodents (Thanks Jef and Fe), Neil Gaiman's books, The Way of the Peaceful Warrior Dan Milman, and The Alchemist and most Paulo Coelo, The liquid Kool Aid Acid Test by Tom Woolf, and Carlos Castenada's works, Lord of the Rings and Harry Poter!..

About Dream State ..
It began in Byron Bay, NSW, Australia, Sophie and Jacob met there over 8 years ago, and have never looked back...
With a magic for creating a positive life together, which flows through their performances, and reflects in a myriad of ways, this enigmatic couple became first Fairy Fire, and later Dream State Circus, creating "Shows with Silver Linings" to uplift, inspire and entertain!!
Sophie ..

Sophie was born in Hitchin, gained a love of travel almost instantly, and has travelled around the world, in a un round like, and totally random fashion for most of her adult life...to date over 35 countries..
"I always feel I am more aware and can learn so much more when I know nothing about where I am!!!"
Using the performance arts and busking as a major way to fund her journeys, and giving a little of herself to the people she meets along the way, and who watch, she has acquired several skills,(and performs them for a living) including Acrobalance, Trapeze, Silks, Juggling, and Fire Dance; which she has a passion for and loves to do almost as much as the travelling which taught her these skills of survival in the first place!!
Jacob
Jacob born in Perth, grew up from Freo to the wilds of Southern WA and Bremer Bay, travelled up to Cairns and down to Byron, learned about psytrance and that he was great at spinning fire stix, and communicating wonderful feeling and ideas by his physical performance...
