Hello everyone,
My name is Drew and I am a singer/songwriter from Northern Virginia. My obsession with music started when I was a little boy of 4 years old when I used to dance on the fire place with my cheap plastic guitar, strumming out god knows what. My underlying passion for music would dissipate for the next 8 years until I met a few amazing people that really influenced my music career. These three people are featured below: Freddy Hall, Michael Cammarata, and Robert Shropshire. Go visit their pages!
Throughout middle school and high school, I formed a band with Michael, Robert, and a good friend Adam Scott. We called ourselves "rosslyn" and we cut one small but substantially powerful CD which featured our original music. We played in clubs, bars, billiards places, basements, backyards, garages, and so on. It was a high point of my life but college came around and we realized we did not have time to pursue the band's music. So here we are. Still great friends, music enthusiasts, and songwriters pursuing our own personal music.
I released my first EP, Don't Know Where, in the August of 2008. The songs followed my experience through my senior year and into my departure for college and away from home. Needless to say the songs are very personal and really tell my story.
