Once the voice of Malleus Drew has branched out on his own. Singing songs of a more personal origin and feeling. Drawing from an array of influences Drew utilizes his vocal ability to translate lyrics with meaning into memorable melodies.
When you listen to his songs you can't help but fall into the story that he tells and transcend into relation through memory of your own life experiences.
Hey Drew!! It doesn't look like you're on this page much, but I'll write something anyway!!! I think you are so talented and I can't wait for an album!!! Please, please tour out to Alberta!!! I think Ontario is hogging you!! haha Best wishes, Mandy
Hey Drew, How r u ? Just wanted to say "More" is such a beautiful song. There's a definite Pink Floyd vibe to the melody, but I gotta say the vocals remind me a lot of early Peter Gabriel/Genesis which I love. Hope you take that as a compliment. Take Care, Have a great day, gina
Hey all. Just sending an update as to what is going on in my life. I am currently working with my new band Fall and divide on a new project. Due to demand we are doing 2 shows at the Gayety theatre in Collingwood on the 29th and 30th of April to give a taste of what were up to. No I have not forgotten my promise of a free show and still intend to do this closer to the release of the record before we tour it. Probably the fall, All proceeds from that show will be donated to big brothers.

Loved the Thursday night show in St. Catharines a few weeks ago but was disappointed that Fridays show was cancelled due to "Snowmaggedon". Hope you had a chance to look at the pics I gave you..you were a great subject to take pics of. I have a beautiful black and white one of you at the Brock show if you're interested. I uploaded it in my photos and tried to tag you but I don't think it worked. Anyways best to you in the New Year..can't wait to hear great things from you and your new band!!! :)
Drew fantastic show in Hamilton... I was fortunate to get to many of the CI shows in person and enjoyed you every time. But once you sang, "My Guitar Gently Weeps" and "Gravity", you had me. Glad you made it on tour as it meant I was going to see the show for sure. Keep on singing and hope to hear about an album release from you soon. Wishing a great 2009 to you and your family.
What a stunning performance in Sarnia, Drew. You blew us away and I have to say, blew your buddies out of the water. Impeccable vocals, amazing stage presence and some killer guitar. I couldn't have asked for more. Hmm. More. Now that's a song I wish I could have heard live.
Thanks for giving it your all. Great show.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year...a New Year with a Drew album out. :)
Hey Drew, We are driving up to Sarnia tonight from the Windsor/Essex region to see you and Theo. Fingers crossed for good driving weather because we are looking forward to this - A LOT.
Oh, and Merry Christmas! Hope to hear of a great record deal for you in the '09.
Thank you so much for the add, I really appreciate it :) I just wanted to say the show in Collingwood was great, me and my friend had an amazing time! You're an inspiration to so many, and you sure make Collingwood proud. Just keep on doing what you're doing. ♥
Your talent is immeasurable Drew! I am looking forward to following your long career in the music industry. I really enjoyed the show in Red Deer and hope that you will make your way to Vancouver sometime soon.
