2007 AMERICAN IDOL SONGWRITING FINALIST!!
I had the distinct honor of being a finalist in the first ever AMERICAN IDOL SONGWRITING COMPETITION - I wrote a song called "Secrets and Lies" with BYRON ZANOS for his first record. The song was chosen as one of the Top 20 songs in the American Idol Songwriting Competition out of a whopping 25,000 entries!!!
I've finished producing the Byron Zanos album "Still In A Fight." This is the second record I've produced for Byron and I'm really proud of it. The album was recorded mostly at my home studio and then transferred to Bennett Studios in Englewood, NJ. where it was then put into the masterful hands of Dae Bennett, who mixed and mastered it. Byron wrote 10 beautiful songs and allowed me to produce each song with all the artistic integrity they deserved.
I have written songs with: Phoebe Snow, David Lasley, James Maddock, Byron Zanos, Don Paul Yowell, Gina Yowell, among others.
I have played guitar for: Sophie B. Hawkins, Kristin Hoffmann, Beema Duma, Don Paul Yowell, Byron Zanos, Phoebe Snow etc.
