About me: Drift MB is a local drift team based in Myrtle Beach, SC, led by drivers Jeff Kipe and Marshall Eggerling, and one of our sponsors, John Carley of Ferdwear racing and drifing apparel. We hold weekly practices and monthly competitions at the Myrtle Beach Speedway. Events are open to the public, and many of our participants come as far away as Atlanta, North Carolina, and West Virginia to compete. We are looking forward to the upcoming year and want to thank our friends, sponsors, competitors, and spectators for all the support we have received.
Who I'd like to meet: Some basic rules for drivers wanting to compete in drift events:
DRIVERS AND RIDERS REQUIRE SEATBELTS AND HELMETS
ALL CARS MUST PASS BASIC TECH INSPECTION FOR SAFETY
- Batteries MUST be properly tied down
- There MUST be ALL lug nuts and studs on each wheel
- All wheel bearings and suspension will be checked.
In the event a safety issue is discovered, the car will not be allowed to race until it passes a new inspection. DRIVERS MUST ATTEND DRIVERS' MEETINGS PRIOR TO EACH EVENT TO PARTICIPATE!!
Where can one find out more information on the drift events. Me and a buddy I driving up from Orlando to get in on some tandem. Where bringing a photog too to get you guys some more coverage.
Where coming this weekend just was wondering if there was a forum you guys use with info on registration and such.
new site style looks good. dude.. i can get you a better pic for the profile than that..cmon.. LOL. Note to anyone else reading this.. we are setting up the whole 2008 DriftMB schedule and it will be released soon. Next event hopefully by the end of the month. Stay tuned.
please lets get an event or at least a practice going. ill do what ever it takes man. let me know what you need. we should at least try and do a pre register post and see if we can get enough people. i know me, pete, and evan(rx7) will be there.i bet all the drag racers from kroger will go.

DIRECTIONS:
Driving Directions: Coming from Burlington : Take exit 141 and turn left and stay on until it dead-ends into Hwy 61 and turn left and then turn right onto Holt's Store Road.
Coming from Greensboro : Take exit 132, the Mt. Hope Church Road exit and turn right and go approximately 6 miles and turn left on Holt's Store Road and the track is about 1/4 mile on the right.
