ABOUT
hi, my name's rebecca hanna, and i am located in tyler, texas.
i have been taking pictures for about 5 years now, and i am
always searching for new ways to improve in photography.
i take a wide variety of subjects, varying from band promos to
bridal photos. you will probably see me at shows from dallas/tyler,
so please, feel free to say hi. i am always looking to meet new
people who share the same passion that i do.
my goal through my photography is to create a portrait that exudes
warmth and paints a totally new picture of the world that is
unexpected and out of the ordinary. i try to capture something new
and brilliant every time i press the button on my camera,
and i want to shed a new light on the world and the beauty it witholds.
in addition to photography, i also paint, draw and do other forms
of artwork, so i like to bring my artistry into my photography as well.
because i do not soley take pictures of bands or just one thing, i believe
i can bring fresh, new techniques to all types of photography because
of my varying experience. i hope you see something you like, and please let me know!
CURRENT FAVORITE:
a blessing in defeat and i took a trip downtown in may of 2009 to take some new promo pictures for their band. i think they turned out pretty well and they are my favorite as of now! i used a canon rebel xti with a strobe.

wow. i've never been out of the country. i've never flown. i dont really want too, haha.
sure sure it sounds like fun! and as far as funds go, literally 100 % of my time goes towards photo shoots. it actually gets hectic.
im fine! ordering some soft boxes, umbrellas, and PW's for my upcoming shoot with Breathe Carolina. NERVE-RACKING!!!!!!!!!!
