Sublime, Bob Dylan, nirvana, Hendrix, Yoko Kanno, Tim Reynolds, Zeppelin, Rachmoninoff, the Fight club, pulp fiction, and resevoir dogs soundtracks, and just about anything that involves energy and real skill with an instrument. I now enjoy system of a down again. Weezer should be in there, too, along with Eric Clapton. generally, if you show me something thats not just something else regurgitated onto a CD... Ill like it.
Movies
My favorite director is David fincher. As a result of that, I love anything hes done. Tarantino is a genius, and definitely stands at number two. Pulp Fiction is tied with American beauty for my favorite movie ever. John woo is one of my heroes. The killer stands out as one of my favorite action movies, though Ronin is there too. Kevin Smith movies- Dogma, espescially- kick ass. Theres more, but I cant think of them right now. Lately, Ive been getting more into anime movies. Specifically Metropolis, Akira, Cowboy Bebop the movie, and the animatrix series.
Television
The Simpsons, Futurama, and Family guy. The holy triumvirate stands true even in these times of woe. Oh, and I dig me some Cowboy Bebop too.
Books
Douglas Adams. The lord of the rings. catch-22. The book of Five rings. Shogun. H.P. Lovecraft. Anything and everything I can find on Auto racing and car control.
