Driftwood are based in Ashford, Kent and are the result of a chance meeting between two local thespians. Rehearsing for "Disco Inferno"(a camp as xmas 70's musical written by Justin Sepple) Kirsty and Steve found common ground in their eclectic taste in music. Steve, a veteran of several Kent Rock, Soul and Blues bands interupted his ambitions as a solo performer to work with Kirsty's fresh vocal talent. Their blend of Jazz standards, Blues, Folk and Acoustic Rock is already making an impression on the local pub scene.
When not too busy gigging They are both still active members of T.O.D.S performing in musicals whenever possible.
It's a place for bands to explain how they book shows. Comes along with news on web technologies, recording gizmos as well as music industry trends and anecdotes.
