   About Drivers to Warsaw
Where we were. A patchwork pink and yellow blanket lays the ground, trees shake their pine needle arms, and the sky is pastel aquarium. Oh God, you don't know. Behind the cliffs that we were thinking of falling down, a caterpillar comes crawling up. Carrying the same blanket colors. But the butterflies aren't in bloom. They shun us in cocoons of sleepy orange. And our sleepy eyes remember daydream brights. Yeah, and sunsets and rises. We're only happy in certain shades of color. Almost there. We wait with memories aloft, lofty, up where the hawks should be but they're not. If they were they'd be shivering feathers like snow. Maroon and frosty leather brown. Into the wrinkles of water that fall their laundry over beds of rocks, where we walk, our bodies ironed against the ground. And then we climb. Watching. Bridges making leaps and bounds. Here we go. Here we are. Where we were. | driverstowarsaw@gmail.com to book Drivers | Drivers to Warsaw album "Artists in Transition"! this summer! |

i started using my penis for a pick. when it comes time to play again... i think i will have a special talent that no one else has. which is really a benifit to have in a band when most people are concerned with how cool your "straight emo" hair looks. and yea im bringing that too.

Extra! Extra! Be all about it! After an intense collaboration of two years, broken-beat sensation Truly Pheasant (West-Keebles) and future-vintage Hip Hop formation The Sjoel of Hardknocks (Amsterdam) have finished the Tweed Prison Tapes, four tracks in a 48 minutes mix, containing loads of prime 7" secrets, featuring Foreign Beggars (Dented Records, UK) Emcee Surya (Veelplegers, NL) and excerpts from many tracks mixed into four titles: 1. Flea Marketing 2. Pecksnivian Oven Suprise 3. Down at the Poncho District 4. Sea Melody We are proud to announce that they have finished and, here at Bathtub Recordings, we decided to give it out for free for a while. So please, come and enjoy a taste of their peculiar digging. The Tweed Prison Tapes can be downloaded at: http://www.bathtubpiracy.com Greetings! Just so you know that last comment didn't actually come from me, but I received a similar one- must be some kind of virus type of link. And, thanks for the comment on the poem, definitely one I was thinking would go well with the instrumental performance poetry synthesis. How've you guys been?

Jason Pfaff's 'battle battle' album has been being composed and
produced for the last 3 1/2 years and reflects the artist's deepest
and best work to date. Mixing electronic based compositions with
elements of classical, dance, and sound-scape, 'battle battle' takes
the listener deep within themselves to fully embrace the
inexpressible mysteries and feelings of the heart and mind. "I have
never spent 3 years working on one piece! But I guess I wanted to
take a mindful approach this time." Jason collaborated with Anthony
Casuccio for the re-mastering and final production of 'battle
battle'. Anthony has engineered and remastered for Eliades Ochoa (
Buena Vista Social Club), Cypress Hill, Nas, Sarah Schuster Ericsson,
the London Symphony Orchestra, and many others. His mix of Barton's
'To call my own' has recently been rising on the Top 20 Bilboard
charts. The first 25 pressings of 'battle battle' were of a limited
edition series (n/a), but the second pressing will be available early
in 2008. The cost is $10, with an optional suggested donation of any
amount for the Villa Maria College Kristen Pfaff Memorial Scholarship
fund.
