Chris Forrest - Bass and Vocals
Joe Lamb - Guitar and Vocals
Michael Nicolia - Drums (founding member of Drivin’ Blind)
Erik Richardson - Keyboards, Guitar, Fiddle and Vocals

He will be returning from time to time to jump up and down and sing some tunes, play harp and guitar, etc... etc... Keep on keeping on Bruce!!
I want to list some "Former Members of Drivin’ Blind" on MYSPACE. We have had some of the best musicians in town play in this band (and they are remembered in some of the posted pictures - these guys are the best):
Rod Lechti, Guitar and Vocals (1998) and Patrick Higgins (1999-2003 -founding member of Drivin’ Blind) Guitar and Vocals, Matthew Grose (1998-2001 - founding member of Drivin’ Blind) Keyboards and Vocals [see www.myspace.com/stillsurfin], Frank Amodeo (1998-2000 -founding member of Drivin’ Blind) Bass started us off.
Then Chris Kave (2001-2002) -Keyboards, Joe Nipper (2000-2005/2007) Guitar and Vocals, Dana Smith (2000-2003) Bass, Charles Agel (2004-2005) - Keyboards, Gregg Miller (2003-2006) Guitar and Vocals, Chris Forrest (2005-2006 - now back on Bass) Guitar and Vocals built DB into what we are today.
Over the past ten years each of these guys have been a part of something really special, and it has been lots of fun! Their talents and dedication to local music are what set them apart from the crowd and each added a little something to the bands sound. They are all good friends and come up and play from time to time... now about that reunion tour?
Influences
Our band is characterized as having a unique spin on that Classic Rock style combined with that "Funky Jam Band" sound that makes one of our gigs a little hard to put your finger on...
We like: The Allman Brothers, Little Feat, Sub-Dudes, Radiators, Beatles, Rolling Stones, Chuck Berry, Grateful Dead, Santana, Doobie Brothers, Talking Heads, Foo Fighters, 311, Bob Marley, Big Head Todd & The Monsters, The Bodeans, The Replacements, U2, John Mayer, The Neville Brothers... hard to say when to stop.
We play a clean blend of modern, as well as established Rock-N-Roll standards, along with some really cool "Funky Jams" and spice them up so they are even more fun than the Drivin' Blind Originals.
Sounds Like
A Little Feat/Rolling Stones blend, with some modern guitar stuff and some well-established Rock-N-Roll standard licks thrown in for good measure. We do some originals that have that honky-tonk feel, and a bunch of medleys ranging from the Allman Brothers Band to U2
Drivin' Blind (the original), Washington DC's favorite "Classic Rock Party Band", is on the move again (now on MYSPACE.COM), and ready to rock the house with you and your friends.
Drivin' Blind is a Washington DC Area band playing straight ahead Classic Rock with a "funky Jam Band" feel. Imagine a jam with all those Classic Rock legends in one place - cool huh? The band plays a wide range of ear catching music from the 70's through the 90's that is not your regular fare; happy, upbeat and very danceable: music you will recognize, some you won't and some ear catching Drivin' Blind originals.
The band is made up of veteran players from all over the east coast and is playing in night clubs, private events, sports bars and festival events all around the Greater Metropolitan, Washington DC area. Drivin' Blind is represented by James-Turner Productions (www.jamesturner.com) and available for all kinds of gigs, special events and private parties.
Just call Rob Casey or Chip Seligman at 703-548-7800... and ask for Drivin' Blind!!
And keep watching - there is something new brewing for January and it will be right here... or over there... or ... whatever just keep watching.

Hey Mikeeee, I do hope this finds you with a smile. You will find two comments from me, awaiting your approval. I did not send the one which came before this one. It would seem someone has nothing better to do than hack into my myspace account and send out trash in my name. Please do not accept the comment before this one. Though my screen name is Nasty Angel, it is only an oxymoron meant to grab your attention. I will never send through something which would bring shame to Him, Gregg, or the band. I apologize for the inconvenience and I do hope all is well on your side of the box today. Please send my love to Nic and hey, keep a smile on!
oooh, wish I could make it out, but I'm playing tomorrow (the Birchmere...FINALLY) and have a gig in Richmond on the 4th. Pretty busy week. I'll make it out to a show in the near future.
