About Driving the Nails

Driving the Nails hails from the gutters of South Texas. Since its inception in 2004 the band has released several independent EPs, including Slave(2004). The single Days of Mourning can be found on the South Texas Compilation Vol. I. They participated and advanced in the widely televised Bodog Battle of the Bands. They have shared the stage with the likes of Tantric, Cinderella, Neurosonic. Driving the Nails has also been featured in well renowned publications such as Magazine X, Festiva, and Weird Magazine. The rock station Q94.5 and the alternative 92.7 has interviewed the band live and featured songs such as Void(Slave EP) on the air. Having toured all over Texas, reaching audiences both young and old, with their alluring signature sound, Driving the Nails plans on releasing follow up EPs that are sure to please any Driving the Nails aficionados.
