| About Drogo’s Cafe |
|
Saint Drogo was a shepherd in 12th century France. When he was about 18 he rid himself of all his material possesions and became a devout pilgrim. The legend is that he was able to 'bi-locate,' that is, appear in two different places at once. There are accounts of witnessing Drogo praying earnestly at the chapel while others witnessed him tending to his sheep. There is no consensus on this, but it is believed that this is the reason behind him becoming the patron saint of baristas and coffeehouse owners.
Here at Drogo's Cafe we try our best to serve you quickly and completely in the style of Drogo. We may not be able to be in two places at once, but we'll surely be doing a few things all at the same time.
In addition to the quality of the service we provide we also stand behind the product we serve: exclusively fair trade organic coffees and teas and organic meats for our sandwiches. Come in and see what we have! We'd like to put a smile on your face!
