Drole es el alias de Andrés Schteingart, nacido en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Comenzó su carrera de dj en el año 2000 logrando ser rápidamente un inquieto productor de eventos en el que ha reunido a gran parte de la escena más independiente de la ciudad. Comenzó a producir música electrónica desde entonces, siempre con un esitlo pop, incluyendo microsampleos de guitarras, voces, teclados y líneas melódicas. Ha editado en 2005 por Sinergy-Networks un lanzamiento en co-producción con Sumergido (Hogar), remixes para diferentes artistas argentinos en Punchidiscos.com (2006) y algunos tracks en los compilados Masivaa en formato CDR. Tiene además su proyecto paralelo, El Remolón, en donde mezcla ritmos latinamericanos tradicionales (como cumbia o reaggeton) con sonidos minimal e idm, habiendo hecho una edición por el neltabel chileno Pueblonuevo.cl.

Drole is the nick of Andrés Schteingart, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has a mid intensity groove, easy to listen at home or at the dancefloor. He has edited on 2005 by Sinergy Networks a co-release with Sumergido (Hogar), remixes for different argentinian artistas at Punchidiscos.com (2006) and some tracks on Masivaa compilation CDRs. He has also his parallel alias El Remolon, where he mixes latinoamerican traditional rythms (like cumbia or reaggeton) with minimal or idm sounds, having an EP released on the chilean netlabel Pueblonuevo.cl
